We are experts at maintaining a balanced ecosystem in your pond using natural and non-hazardous mechanical filtration and additives. We regularly manage small backyard ponds and ones as large as 2 acres. We have successfully treated Algae, String Algae, Elodia, Milfoil, Cattail and Duckweed infestations.

Our maintenance procedures consist of:

Cleaning pond rocks and spillways.
Test and clean attached equipment including UV Lights.
Apply chemicals as necessary to stabilize water.
Trim and add or remove plants as necessary.

Seasonal closing procedures consist of:

Test and remove UV bulbs and devices as necessary.
Move pumps to circulate water and/or install heaters.
Clean and test water. Add biologic winterizer.
Remove tropical plants and trim plants that will stay.
Bag removed devices and leave with client

Seasonal opening procedures consist of:

Replace and test all equipment including bulbs.
Clean and test water.
Plant tropicals and bring new plants as necessary.
Add chemicals and bacteria packs to prepare fish.
Deliver fish food if requested.

I agree to the following terms ACCESS- I hereby acknowledge that I am the rightful owner of and legally authorized to give Ponds and Falls llc, their agents, employees and staff, full and complete access to the above listed property for the purposes of maintaining the water feature as described above. PAYMENTS- Payment in the form of cash, check or credit card will be provided upon Ponds and Falls' arrival at the site unless other arrangements have been made. WEATHER- Ponds and Falls llc shall not be held responsible, accountable or liable for any delays in the project commencement, project completion or adjustments in material costs associated with any delays directly or indirectly caused or created by weather, changes in weather or damage caused by weather. LIABILITY- I understand that in the unlikely event that turf, plants, and closely surrounding structures are damaged during the construction of this water feature, Ponds and Falls llc shall not be held responsible for these damages. ACCEPTANCE- I hereby acknowledge that this contract is accepted in it's entirety. GOVERNING LAW- Any project designed and installed by Ponds and Falls llc for any client, shall be a New Hampshire contract and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Clients, Customers and Guarantor agree that the Magistrate, State and Superior Courts of Strafford County, New Hampshire, or any other county in which Ponds and Falls llc may later maintain its principle place of business, shall have personal jurisdiction over them and that these courts shall constitute the proper venue for any action or lawsuit relating to or arising out of this agreement. Client, Customers and Guarantor hereby waive any defenses they may have of lack of personal jurisdiction or improper venue in any such action or lawsuit.
