While the koi live with us, we hand train them using two different methods (slow approach and hand cup). Once koi are delivered to our clients, they are friendly from the start.

These guys were being transferred when the client moved. We supplied the client with a 100 gallon stock tank and maintaned it while we built
their new (gigantic) pond.

We did not sell this guy, we treated him for water mold in our quarantine tank (with Erythromycin then Malachite Green). Did you know we do
koi disease treatment too?

Ready to head out to a client's pond. When we transport koi, they are bagged with water then placed in a cooler with water from their stock tank.
This way if a bag breaks or shifts during travel, the fish are still safe. Once we are at the client's location, it also allows us to use more
of the fish's original water.
