| Pond and Water Feature Pricing |
Our average project is a pond, upper holding pool and a stream and waterfall in-between with a
total surface of about 1300 sq. ft. (30x35 pond, 6x45 stream). The average cost for a pond of this size is $7,800 including materials.
A good general rule for pricing is that your finished pond will cost roughly $6 per surface square foot. This factors in lighting, rock, fill/dirt, walkways, etc. |
| Pond, Stream & Waterfall Construction: |
$55 per worker hour.
Includes all miscellaneous expenses and supplies. |
| Pond Maintenance: |
$45 per worker hour.
All workers are insured, licensed where necessary and well trained in at least one specialty (plumbing, maintenance, etc.) |
| Travel: |
$30 per worker hour + expenses. |
| Heavy Equipment: |
Massey Ferguson 28hp tractor w/ backhoe: $350 per day in use (includes fuel).
Large water pump: $40 per day.

| Plantings (permanent): |
$20 each + cost of plants (pots, soil and gravel provided) |
| Koi Sales: |
Standard Fin Koi: $25
Butterfly Fin Koi: $35
Comets and Goldfish: $3
These prices are for less than 7" fish. Larger fish will be more. |
| Winter Plant Storage: |
$15 per plant for the season, includes feed and fertilizer.
For large plants add an additional $5. |
We can provide additional services like hardscaping, fish treatment, fish storage and more but these are difficult to
quote online because of the variables involved. In some rare circumstances, our pricing may vary for your project.
We accept all major credit cards.
Our payment terms are as fair as any contractor you've ever worked with. We require a
non-refundable deposit for the equipment that we order for you. Sometimes we can return items
or reuse them so the deposit may be partially refundable but this is NOT guaranteed. Once we
start working, we will get a check/cash/card from you at the end of every second day. This way, you
only pay for the work that we've completed.
